The GIPZ subsidiary, Direct Connect AS, has signed a contract with Molde Kommune and Rauma Kommune, two counties located on the West coast of Norway, to build and operate a wireless broadband network in these two counties.
The GIPZ subsidiary, Direct Connect AS, has signed a contract with Ulvik Kommune to build and operate a wireless broadband network in the mountain area of Finse, located 1222 meters above sea level. The area has no public road but is still a very popular recreation area with many vacation homes, a hotel, and a research division of the Oslo University being in need of high capacity broadband services.
The GIPZ subsidiary, Direct Connect AS, has signed a contract with Glåmdal Regionråd acting on behalf of Hedmark Fylkeskommune and the following counties: Eidskog Kommune, Grue Kommune, Kongsvinger Kommune, Sør-Odal Kommune, Våler Kommune, and Åsnes Kommune. Direct Connect will build and operate a fixed public wireless network to cover near 100% of the large region located on the Eastern part of Norway.
The GIPZ subsidiary, Direct Connect AS, has signed a contract with Hemnes Kommune, a municipality in the middle region of Norway, to deploy and operate a public fixed wireless broadband network in the area.
